We follow the public school terms and the fee schedule is based on a ten week term. Terms can vary in length from 8-12 weeks, and in the case where the term is not ten weeks, the fees are adjusted accordingly. The fee schedule remains the same for the entire year. Payments are due by Week Two of each term. Invoices are given to students in week eight of the term prior.

When are the Fees Due?

Fees are due BEFORE your child starts 'normal' classes. That is, the first class after the Trial Lesson. The Fees for the term must be paid in full before the first class begins - please note that Teachers cannot accept payments directly. Towards the end of the term you will be given the opportunity to sign up for the next term. Payment must be made prior to the start of the following term or your child’s place will be made available to any other students waiting.

Payment can be made by:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard)
• Cheque or Money Order by mail - made out to 'Jane Grech Dance Centre'
• Direct Deposit – Our BSB number is 115 879 and our Account no is 419 910 986 Please include your child’s name in the reference section.

If you have difficulty paying your account, please contact our offices. Discussing or arranging fees during lessons is not appropriate as it encroaches on the children’s valuable class time.

As overheads remain the same regardless of attendance, fees are non refundable for classes missed, or if your child does not complete the whole term.

Total the time each child will be attending per week, and refer to the schedule below to determine their fees for the term. (Reduce total fees by 10% for two students, and 15% for three students. Families with three children enrolled may also elect to pay by instalment.)
