Jane Grech’s Dance Magic is the Under 5’s division of Jane Grech Dance Centre.
Jane Grech’s Dance Magic has built a fantastic reputation for providing children with the opportunity to express themselves within a fun, safe and caring environment.
A dance program especially for children aged 3 – 5 years!
After extensive research on young children’s development and learning abilities, together with 10 years of experience, Jane Grech has designed the Dance Magic program to develop basic movement and music skills.
Creativity and Imagination
In these classes, children are encouraged to use their imagination and expand their creativity. However, this is not just ‘play’ ballet or dance! Within this structure the basic grounding of ballet and dance technique is introduced including correct posture and the strengthening of different muscle groups. The children are having so much fun, they don’t realise they have been learning the fundamentals of dance including balance, coordination and agility.
To share the love, magic and wonder of dance, scarves, tiaras, wands, bubbles and musical instruments are used. The use of the imagination is also encouraged by providing opportunities for free and expressive movement. There is an emphasis on exposing children to many different styles of music including classical music, folk dance, creative tunes and of course a few familiar favourites.
Jane Grech’s Dance Magic program is committed to providing a stimulating and adventurous environment to enhance each child’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual and creative growth. Students develop rhythm, coordination, musicality and creativity, as well as the ability to follow directions, interact with peers, take turns patiently and gain self-confidence.

Children are able to try Dance Magic - obligation free - in one of our Free Trial Classes. Click here to email our office or phone our office to book.

If after your Trial Class you would like to continue, simply complete and send the enrolment form and payment prior to the next lesson.

Open-day (watching day) is the last lesson of each term. Visitors are welcome to come along! The children are also given the opportunity to perform in an annual concert, providing Mums and Dads, family members & friends an opportunity to watch the children demonstrate what they have learnt throughout the year in a basic costume.
